Our second floor Mezzanine features two rooms connected by a stunning rotunda, a relic of the 252-foot-tall chimney that used to stand, with sweeping views overlooking the Main Floor. This smaller space is ideal for hosting a private client dinner, all day meetings, or an office party. You may also use the space in conjunction with your Main Floor rental for a complete venue buyout.

Unlike venues that require outside beverage vendors, we hold our liquor license and manage all bar services directly in-house. Led by our dedicated Beverage Director and staff Sommelier, this operational control eliminates third-party logistics for a seamless planning experience. Your team gains total flexibility to design bespoke cocktail menus, source rare vintages, and customize beverage packages to match the exact vision of your event.
CATERING
We work with a curated list of premier caterers in the Boston area who provide exceptional service at every step of the planning process, from proposal preparation through event execution.

Our primary parking lot is located directly adjacent to the venue. We offer several parking options, including self-parking, valet service, designated reserved spaces, pre-purchased validations, and lot buyouts. Additional parking with hundreds of spaces is available at other lots within our portfolio and can also be reserved to accommodate various event needs.
